Between Emmet and Moose these photos were near impossible to take. With Emmet's mouthbreathing due to the amount of snot in his nose and his need to put all things in his mouth (Christmas Tree, Bison, ...Twinkle Lights) along with Moose's need to be always up in our business, I was luck to get a few pictures, but I am so happy with how they turned out! Despite all of the things making it difficult they were still really fun to take, Emmet brings a smile to my face almost every minute of the day.
This morning we are packing up for Emmet's first Christmas adventure! We will head to Grandma and Grandpa Clarks first for orange danish rolls and hanging out in our jammies all day. Moose and their dog Diego will rough house non stop, much to my parents dismay. After Clark Christmas we will pack up the car and drive over to a darling bed and breakfast where we'll meet Nana and Papa Gaeddert and Emmet's Aunt, Uncles, and Cousins.
We don't have any of our own traditions yet, but Dave and I have been talking about what some of those could be. I snagged a few sale items at Target for next year, including Emmet's adorable little tree. We'll start those next year when Emmet is a little older and ready to play along!
Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
